Delete a single renewal (keep your account)

You can delete individual items anytime, directly in the app:

  1. Open RenewalUp

  2. Tap the renewal you want to remove

  3. Tap Delete renewal

This permanently removes that item. Your account and all other renewals stay untouched.

Delete your entire account and all data

To permanently delete your RenewalUp account and all associated data (renewals, documents, scanned images, and settings):

Email meziashi@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account."

  • If you've linked an email to your account, send the request from that same email address so we can verify it's you.

  • If you never added an email (anonymous account), briefly describe your device and roughly when you signed up, so we can help locate your account.

We'll process your request and delete your account and all associated data within [X business days — fill in your real turnaround, e.g. 7]. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and authentication record

  • All renewal entries (documents, subscriptions, trademarks)

  • Any scanned images or parsed document data

  • Purchase/subscription records tied to your account (note: Apple/Google retain their own transaction records per their policies — you may want a one-line disclaimer here)
